a jpg is a picture.
an mp3 is an audio file.
you cannot change a picture into a song.

Immpossible.
a .jpg files is an image or picture
a .mp3 files is an music or sound
You can only change/convert .jpg to for example .bmp with some software ( because .jpg and .bmp are extension for picture)

Thats two different files .jpg is a picture file while .mp3 is a music file, can't change it.

it is totaly possable to change the file extention, but thats not going to change a picture to a song.
assuming you are using windows.
first you need to open windows explorer(my computer) then click on tools, folder options,
then on the views tab, then uncheck hide extentions for known file types, click apply and ok, and then go the file you want to change and rename the extention and your done.
WARNING, this doesnt change a photo to a song, and i dont know any way to do that unless you are a composer, and then you will have to do in your mind.

its simple jus use software 'Extension renamer'...tis software can convert any form of extension to the extension of ur interest...don kno y u want 2 convert .jpg to .mp3
