How do you insert a webpage into another with HTML?

Question

Basically, I have two webpages.
www.freewebs.com/quadkill
and
http://quadkill.blogspot.com

I would like to create a small object inside my freewebs page where I can display the blogspot page, so that essentially the blog can be displayed in a page. I've tried playing with the HTML, but I can't figure out the right commands with my basic knowledge.

So, all I need to know is what HTML I need to put in my site to put a smaller version of my blog page into my website?

((BTW, yes, I know freewebs has a blog option. I'm not using it for specific reasons.))

You can do this by using the and replace X with numerical values for the height and width of the box.
