Tagalog wedding invitation?

Hi. Would anyone here help me find a wedding invitation format in Tagalog/Filipino please? I can't seem to find any link via the internet. Maybe you have an invitation stashed you can post the wordings? Thanks a lot.

Why don't you just translate an English invitation to Tagalog?? Seems easier to me!
