I'm sorry but I don't think there are any in the scale that you are looking for. Babuyan Islands is a small group of islands, with a small land area. There are mostly farmers and fisherfolk there.. It's very laidback and quiet.

Should you wish to visit there, I'm sure you can opt to stay with the barangay captain or any kind resident there. Tourists rarely go there so you would be very welcome.

Be prepared though to be stranded for a month or more since a lot of typhoons visit the place thereby hindering transportation.
