How many of these "questions" are anything more then a attempt to stand on a soapbox and blather about their point of view in hopes that someone will listen?

Time to start a petition?

I am not sure how many of them are an attempt to soapbox things but I think that the percentage is small and that most people have legitimate questions. I think also that people are looking for validation or a reason to feel differently.

Petition? For what? It's called Freedom of Speech. If you don't like it, then don't read it. No one is forcing you to read every question posted.
