Do you have a bench of some sort? With such light weight, I'd just do flies. Basically, lie on your back. Hold the dumbells directly above you. Slightly bend your elbows. ****... you know what? Just google "flies exercise" or something. There should be a graphic explanation of how to do them. If you want to further tone your chest, do pushups because there's no sense in doing the benchpress with such a light amount of weight.

Well, i was born with the type of chest that most men spend alot of time at the gym trying to get.
I guess ur just going to be working out for a while ,maybe ul get some results like me. Oh , u can see my nice lookin chest on my 360. Don't sit there and stare cuz i'm not gay.

First of all if your male you need to get heavier dumbells for chest. 15 to 20 lbs. Also get a flex bench for Regular, Incline, and Decline Flyes and Presses. Also buy push up bars they help your hyper extend push up motions to pump chest out.

Don't need weights to do this:
1) Lay flat on your back, with your hands behind your head
2) From this position raise your legs (keep them striaght and together) until they are perpendicular to the ground.
3) Then using only your abdominal and pectoral muscles lift your bum off the ground and raise it as high as possible, hold it at the peak for a second then reverse the process.
This is great for pecs, abs and leg muscles, but you must keep your legs straight at all times.

push-ups are great their easy and you dnt need to spend money all you need is a floor to do them, anyway if you want to tone your pecs ppsuh-ups are the best try to do as many as u can in say about 1 min then take a 1 min break and do reps of lyk 20 with 1 minute break in between

i agree with the guy that said push ups.Very excellent to get chest..Also eat a banana after any meal during the day.And that helps too.
