does this sound like he likes me or i like him but iam not that type to put it out there and around him i dont feel myself like with my friends and family iam just serious when really iam more like a goofball kind of

If he is a normal type guy, he is probably busy thinking and planning other things in his life, and you are just part of the background furniture. Don't sweat the small stuff. Best wishes
