The dogs are in heat and the owners are too cheap to neuter them so they run around trying to make the dogs that are taken care of chase after them and run around the neighbourhood. I think there is going to be chitsu/terrior/husky puppies in about 2 months. LOL

I cannot tell a lie my wife does it every morning, she lets out ,three shepards,and one small muliti-poo, to run around the yard, and she lets the three shitzus out on the back deck,they get aprox. one hour, then she brings them in and then she lets the two shelties out for a quick pee, brings them all in, and lets the last three shepards out, to do their thing, yes we have 12 dogs and eight cats
