Wing it....ah hahahah! Actually, wings are my favorite part of the whole chicken.
I am a recipe freak, I probably have about 25 cookbooks, and at one time or another I have used each of them extensively. I have said in the past that I am a good cook, but I don't know if that's entirely true. I can find REALLY good recipes and follow them. My family eats well every night, but if you took my cookbooks away I think I would only know how to cook about 4-5 things. You know, in thinking about this, I'm sure I could wing it if I had to, but I'd rather not.

lol..."wing" it!...silly lioness. You're supposed to just eet the chicken. Rip the feathers off and go for it!
As I am a fairly inventive cook, I tend to look at a recipe as a suggestion, and go from there. Major additions include mushrooms and cheese -- almost anything can be improved with mushrooms and cheese!

my nan taught me how to cook from the time i was about 4 i could stir at that age but i don't even measure i just throw stuff in
by eye i can make just about anything from a pie to pot roast
i just dash of this and sprinkle of that
