Don't say majority. if a decision cannot be made to compensate all, what other solutions can you think of as relevant (to all..)., hey "Ronin", i'm aware of links, lets hear some words:)

I believe its in the Constitution. The majority only applies to the passing of a law or regulation. The effect of the decision or regulation applies to all.

All of us decided the majority decides, because our minds work from generalization to generalization that led us to the belief that there is power in numbers, giving us the idea that the majority has the power to decide.
