It depends on how much mold is there. Small ammounts may be cleaned with just soap and water. Larger ammounts may require remediation. That can cost a bundle. Prevention is the best thing. Take steps to keep all spaces dry and free of moisture, and do regular inspections so that if it is spotted, it may be early enough to make for easy removal. If you find a large ammount, don't try to clean it yourself. You may make it worse. Houses have been completely gutted because of mold. And if you need to hire a proffesional, do your homework. There are alot of crooks in the business.

Look in your local yellow pages. There are companys that do mold clean up. There are many diffrent kinds of mold. And many of them can make you sick. If it's a small amont like bath room or kitchen mold that can pop up from water use.
You can use white vinger and a scurb brush or Bleach. but as always with bleach make sure you have windows open when messing with bleach and mold. Good luck.

i am assuming the black mold is around the bathtub if thats the case bleach will take care of it, but the city does inspections for mold, and if it is wide spread throughout the house more than likely you will have to move and they will put warning signs up and they might even condemn the property but is has to be an extreme life threatening conditions for that to occur

Call a home inspector in your area. He should have the info. I think bleach water would help kill the mold. Good luck
