A deal between war supporters and non war supporters?

We bring the troops home, and allow them to shoot illegal immigrants on sight. Sound fair?

Sounds fair to me. It would never happen because many of the opponents to the war will not even let the soldiers shoot the people trying to blow them up in Iraq.
