The term was originally coined for male animals, such as lions, deer, wolfs, and other mammals that run and live in groups. Baboons and monkeys are also good examples. Do you really want to be an Alpha Female? If so, become the dominant female in your circle of other females. However, you can't just beat all them up and control them as in the wild. So you have to be confident, display leadership and be able to attract other females to your way. If you can do this and still have their respect, you will have become,"so to speak", the Alpha Female.

You may have to compete with the others who also want to be Alpha Females. While they may appear to be "calm and collected", some are really nervous and scattered, they have just learned how to show others a public face.

In my opinion, i dont think you should model yourself to be someone else. Its not going to be appreciated too. Guys dig girls that have self confidence, know what they want in life, down to earth type, have their own principles and a good personality. Be natural because that would bring up the best of you from inside. It has to come from inside. Maybe a slight change is good for you as long as its a healthy change. Get a new hairdo. Just feel good about yourself
