My muscles never become bigger. It is like I am going in circles when weight training. Do my muscles develop later or what?

You should really post this in the Diet & Fitness category.

But my guess is you're not lifting heavy enough, or your diet is wrong. Also, it could be your age, if you're young that's not abnormal.

Either:

-You are too young and don't have enough testosterone and other muscle-building hormones.

-You are not doing high-enough volume workouts. Increase the intensity, reps, and sets all-around

OR

-You are not getting a good recovery. Eat a light snack with lots of protein (I recomend toast with peanut butter) 10-30 minutes after your workout, then get a cold shower (to help prevent muscle soreness), and eat a full meal heavy with carbs and protiens 1-2 hours after your workout.

Hope that helps, good luck

Maybe you need to work harder.
