Does anyone know a website where i can i check out more detailed description of my pc specs??, I've tried tigerdirect.com but i couldn't find my brand. The only thing i know of my pc so far is that it is a Dell Dimension E051 \ Total physical memory: 256.00Mb \ Available Physical \ Memory: 93.55MB \ Total Virtual Memory: 2.00 GB \ Available Virtual Memory: 1.96 GB . That's about it, i don't know much about my "motherboard" but I'am currently trying to upgrade my pc memory so that the softwares i use (Fruity Loops & Acid Pro 5.0) would run better without overloading my cpu. Based on my pc specs what would be the right memory upgrade brand to get??

Disconnect your computer from the wall socket!
Open the case and remove the memory from the mother board! Look at any mother board and you will see where the memory is located.

Buy the exact same memory as that which is installed in your system! You by larger amounts of it, .i.e 512MB, 1GB, 2GB.

When you pull the memory stick out you will be able to read the size of it! Your mother board should have four memory slots!

use the Evereset to get your system info.
some Tweaker also can provide an information of your CPU, like your processor brand, your mother board brand, your sound card that you use, etc. I think Tweak XP could do it.
