Some people find enjoyment from their work. It generally provides a situation in which you can interact with other people that are similar to you, promoting community.
Of course, for some rich people, their current riches are never enough. I'm sure avarice is another common reason for people to continue working.

For some of them, its their identity. Sort of like Colonel Sanders retiring from Kentucky Fried Chicken. For others, they are worried that they would soon lose their nestegg so they will make even a bigger one. Others its the competitive drive to be #1. Lastly, some do enjoy their work.

i think they're already satisfied seeing themselves having a lot of money. that's the way how they enjoy their money. and sometimes for other people,they consider work as a form of pleasure.im poor but if i'll have millions of money,i guess i'll also do the same thing as they do... WORK!

Maybe because they don't know how to stop their work...or it is because they love money so much so they just keep them rather than use them.
