yes and it slows your reaction time down.it is against the law,its bad for your health,it may lead to risky behavior and it may lead to more hard core drugs.all addicts who use and abuse alchol and drugs will all die from drug related causes it is a fact.

Only during the period of intoxication...otherwise, absolutely not. And, marijuana is a completely safe, non-addictive, non-toxic substance that has thousands of medical applications.
