Where did all that money go during the Clinton regime?

No. Bush spent it and spent a whole lot of borrowed money too. There was no surplus because the government is always in the hole because it owes money to the social security fund and treasury bills etc. Having $100 when you owe $100,000 is not a surplus.

there is never going to be a surplus in the gov, coffers as the politicians will steal it if there was, and when this so called surplus was when Clinton was president was a joke , that was another way of figuring just like statistics you can make them say what ever you want them to say , and Clinton's surplus was the same,

The biggest lie ever. There were no surpluses during Clinton era. 1.2 Trillion was added to the National debt during his reign of terror. If you don't believe me, go to the treasury website at www.publicdebt.treas.gov. and see for yourself.

Yes, a gross overpayment. Did you ever see a poor politician??One that didn't own several fancy exclusive homes, planes, yachts, ride in limozeens, starved, low on cocaine or booze, not have big parties, own businesses??
