It would depend on what state you live in. Do a Yahoo or Google search for "statename register of deeds" and you will find the proper forms to fill out for your state. If the forms themselves don't have the answer in the instructions, then call the register of deeds during business hours and they can answer your question. And good luck with your new business! There may not be any age limits in some states. However, if you will be entering into contracts, this is another story. You'd have to meet the minimum requirements for your state.
