If there stupid enough to get in the water and make themselves bait, they deserve to be eaten.

I'm awfully curious: Have you ever studied biology?
Because if you had, you would know that a woman's menstrual discharge is made up of the mucous that lines the vaginal walls in preparation for a fetus, and is discarded if an egg is not implanted and fertilized.
Menstrual discharge actually contains a few drops of blood or less. But since mucous generally has no color, it picks up on the blood and takes on the red color.
You would be better off not swimming near people who have their dogs in the water or who are spear fishing, since both have been shown to attract sharks much more easily than one menstruating woman.

Seriously, are women actually answering this way?
Okay, maybe there is blood, but it isn't the type that a shark would be drawn to. FYI, there is a lot to a "that time of the month" and it doesn't all contain blood. It just looks like it.
Does anyone have any facts or percentages of men vs women getting attacted by sharks? Love to see that.
And when you can't, please explain why you think the way you do? We don't waddle and bleed, by the way.

Ew, do you think women just let their blood pool all around them when they go swimming? That's why there are tampons, to trap the blood inside until it is ready for disposal. Therefore, it should be fine if women swim in the ocean while they are having their periods. If you are so scared, you can stay away from any women you see at the beach.

They need to put up a large sign to warn woman, not to enter the water if it's that time of the month.some of them don't understand the danger that they are putting themselves in, they could become the sharks next meal, or some poor person that may be in the water with them.

hmmm..living on the gulf of mexico i have to admit there are times i go in the water while having my period....i just wear a tampon. it is not that big of a deal. now going in the water at dawn or dusk while having your period is another thing. those are the times of day when the sharks are out feeding.
but making it illegal....what a concept. who are you going to get to check? and how are you going to enforce it???

I don't think there should be a law against it but a woman should use common sense and no better than to get in the ocean at that time of the month.

there are certain hygienic products a woman uses so that her blood isn't floating around in the water...i think you need to talk to a girl about this because you seem a bit confused
