[topic sentence]
The demographics working in Taco Bell are the same as the fast food industry across the country.
[supporting sentences]
Many workers are entry level school attendees, learning in minor positions how to handle themselves in better paying jobs as they move on. They learn physical job responsibilities as well as a work ethic. Teamwork, punctuality, dealing with people, following instructions, personal appearance all play a part in learning skills for any job. As there are thousands of shops in a city, the people at any one work site will generally reflect the people living in the neighborhood. Practically everyone's first job is comparable to fast food.
[summary]
While many look down on the work, if one is unable to handle the responsibilities here, it is unlikely that person will succeed in the labor force, whoever they might be.

There's a "taco bell industry?" Not really - there is a company called Taco Bell, a wholly owned subsidiary of PepsiCo. It employs primarily young people - many of them students - who can work the irregular, late, and part time hours that the fast food industry requires.
