I know what would be perfect for you; I’ve just started using i.d. bareMinerals by Bare Escentuals, and it’s excellent. It takes seconds to dust over your face and it doesn’t even feel like you are wearing any foundation.
It’s made with pure crushed minerals from the earth, and is free of preservatives, talc, oil, waxes, fragrance and other potential skin irritants. It looks like a powder but feels like a cream on your skin. No one will ever know you’re wearing it, but it will cover everything including scars, blemishes, pigmentation – and wrinkles but you don’t have to worry about those yet. It also contains an SPF15. This will be ideal for you so it really is worth the splurge.

CoverGirl Invisible - light liquid based spot concealer. I've tried everything, inlcuding Mary Kay products.... and everything else doesn't work, looks unnatural, or makes me break out. Can't go without it!
Also, for a full foundation: Maybelline 3-in-1. It's expensive, but gives you even tone and stays on all day. Unfortunately, comes off on clothes if you haven't mixed it in well enough.

A father's daughter had problems with her skin, so he developed a very famous line of makeup to help her and it is helping millions of us now. It is called MAC Makeup and you can only purchase it at Nordstrums. MAC face powder is fabulous at covering everything and yet feels so light. MAC sales artists are well trained at matching skin-tones so just ask what shade they think will fit you best...and as a bonus... MAC is not very expensive!
P.S. Save your compacts for a free lipstick...you will love MAC's entire line of makeup...
