While Dan Quayle has more raw stupidity, I have to say John Kerry is dumber for the absolutely incompetent campaign he ran.

Its pretty difficult to lose to George W. Bush, but both Al Gore and John Kerry did. Hopefully we get our first decent major candidate since Perot in 08.
