Talk to your doctor first, see if excerise is right for you. I know you are young but if you have a heart condition and don't know about it , you could get yourself in trouble. I had a friend that died at 34 of a heart attack. He had a bad heart and it was never diagnosed . Please be careful . If your doctor says yes. Try to reach 70% of your max heart rate. For your age group it's over 124 for sure. Get on a treadmill for at least 30 mins everyday . Watch your calories (don't over do it) , drink 8 glasses of water. There is your plan.Don't your discouraged, there are going to be days maybe a week where you might not lose weight, at the least your clothes will fit better.

Start running. Every day for at least 2 miles, or punp it up and do 3, lol. It burns fat everywhere. Try goign to the gym and lifting weights, which burns fat and tones your body. Just try eating healthy for a month, see how it feels. it's great for your enitre body, oh and drink lots of water. Thirst can often be mistaken for hunger. stay off the sodas and juices to. lol, hope it works!

it is hard but i have tips.
1) eat only fruits for breakfast, luch and dinner. it is better u should mix apple cube, pine apple, melon, orange, grapes and others except banana.
2) don't drink beer or wine, and even milk.
3) don't run or jog. walk as normal for 10 to 20 k per day. or just walk when go to work and vise versa.
4) don't eat vegetables.
5) don't take medicine for vitamines.
6) take time to rest.
7) read books. it is better during ur weak up.
8) don't drink tea.
9) take 10 glasses every day.
10) 11th glass would a mix with charcoal. this will help clean your stomack. don't wori with ur discharges.
this procedure wil not harm to you. it is proven but it takes more time. it is also proven by cleaning a galbladder stone.
