I my self have a learning disorder. It's a mild case but i have a very hard time spelling, paying attention, or remembering lists of things. I always had to find ways to work around them. I have dislexia and ADD so i have to be very care ful at work. When someone would give me a simple task such as clean out the oven, but gave me direct instructions on how to do it i would instantly forget how to do it. My boss always thought i was lasy and was trying slack off at work. So everytime i start a new job . i have to come up with a system. Because i have ADD i need to keep working i can't stand still for long at all. So i have to use visual clues i find around my place of work to remind me what and how i am supossed to be working and this would let me get this done fast but correctly. By the way i will not use ridlin or anyother meds for my condition i personaly believe it does more harm than good.

You don't know what you are even talking about....you have no idea about being on disability. I am on it cause I have a terminal illness...and it isn't funny. If you are not legally disabled...then work like I did for years and years and years. I would still be working if I could, This is no way to live...but, you are wrong about being on disability...ok? Do your research, first then open said mouth....lol

P>S> this question leaves out some valuable insite....for one..where this person lives is not the USA...they are not given the funds in his country like we have here....he really nees to work even with his disability because they really do not take good care of people on disability. This person emailed and I feel bad for the situation he is in...With his disibility that he does have all ready...he must work because he doesn't get enough from his government to pay rent, etc...not like here. He also helps a neighbor because they are both in the same boat. To me, now that I know the facts, he and the neighbor are getting treated poorly there. I am so sorry that you don't get the real help you need....but, next time in a question you need to offer more facts about your situation...ok??? GOD BLESS you cause you need all the help you can get.....sorry

I looked thru your ?'s but I didn't see anything
pertaining to this A. (I did like your answer to the Mom
of the 3 year old tho.)
I would suggest you do as best as your body can
achieve w/ what you have now,& perhaps look for a better/more satisfying job & save the disability for when you really need it in the future.

Look for another which you will be satisfied with. Don't be afaid to job hop if you don't like your job. However, if at all possible find your other job before you quit the one that you're at.
