Need help paying bills - rent etc - any suggestions? single mom?

I am an educated woman but health problems have prevented me from working fulltime - I'm now searching for a new job but I desperately need financial assistance immediately - however, because of my education and previous income I do not "qualify" for government assistance (nor do I qualify for most non-profit assistance). I've exhausted all of my resources and am now praying that by reaching out in this manner, perhaps someone will have a solution I haven't thought of yet - this is serious, so please do not suggest things like the oldest profession, etc.

I do feel for you, I too have had health problems which have put my live on stop for the best part of a year so I know what its like!

You obviously have an internet connetcion and you are net savvy enough to post here and surf, plus you are educated and obviously have a high level of intelegence so I think you would have no problems learning about my favrote subject, SEO... I'll copy and past what I said beacause I truly belive it is a fantastic way to set up revenue streams that, after initial investment of time tick over on their own. I've had great success using these methods . I hope I give you some ideas, remember I have focused on adult products, not beacause they are the only thing that works but just beacause they worked for me, once you have the knowledge and understanding to generate organic internet traffic you can sell anything! ... Internet marketing is exciting, the internet is probably the most exciting and most diverse marketing platform there has ever been. The fact that the internet has opened up numerous opportunities to sell virtual products means that instead of being limited by the amount of jiffy bags you can physically stuff and send (selling CD’s), one person with just a home computer can sell in theory a million things in a minute; for example mobile ring tones.

Although both products I have mentioned are highly saturated markets that does not matter. The main thing you want to focus on right now is SEO (Search engine optimization).

Incoming links, in context keyword / phrase saturation across as many linked keyword titled pages with unique, valuable content are the foundations to a well optimised site – start here and you cant go wrong.

Read as much as you can get your hands on about SEO (don’t pay for information, there is plenty available for free out there). And choose a product.

I strongly recommend a virtual product (such as a downloadable piece of software, a premium rate phone service or automated content delivery of some kind) because there is no upper limit to earnings. Maybe start with an affiliate scheme of some kind but do your research – make sure the product is marketable, and the marketplace for that product is not completely saturated or you can sell it from a non saturated angle (i.e. you can see a unique selling point for this product which you can exploit with niche keywords / phrases). Also make sure the product is not limited by human factors (packing production etc).

Once you choose your product register domains, build sites with the information and knowledge you have learned and never use the submit page for a major search engine.

Watch stats, and when you do start getting hits try to make sure you keep visitors – offer a prize to visitors in return for submitting their name and email address and before you know it you will have a list of warm leads, these are people who have searched for and found something but maybe havn’t quite wanted to buy for one reason or another – stay in touch with them, inform them of new products, site updates, new free information etc and they will become customers.

Also remember that the internet is an information gathering tool before it’s a market place. With this in mind its important to include plenty of unique, valuable info, reports, reviews etc and update them regularly. Link out to external resources (while being careful not to give the competition a leg up) and make sure people have a good reason to bookmark and return.

You should try modestneeds.com they will help if you have the right documentation. They were able to pay for my heat this winter. Its a one time shot but, it helps.
