same thing with me, I feel like OH i'm gonna go do that, then another part of me says "no, just don't" and then i think "that's really stupid why would i do that?" I think it's just you trying to decide on something good vs. bad or if you really should or not and also instinct plays a role in doing things. For your protection, your body tells you things you shouldn't do, but it's really up to you what you do what YOU really feel is right. This can be seen as satan and God and you i guess. Satan putting you down, God giving you encouragement and You deciding on what to do. doesn't seem like it at the time, but from being a catholic on my part i guess this is what i believe

If you are hearing it "inside" your head then it is unlikely you are having a psychotic episode. More than likely what you are experiencing is the critical "voice" of a parental figure and your own authentic "voice". Negative comments are learned just as positive ones are - and these need not be 'verbal', they can be implied - for example, a child who hears things like "what were you thinking!" when they make an age appropriate mistake internalizes this to mean "you are stupid" - subsequently, that child becomes an adult who is self-critical. I would highly recommend seeing a therapist so that you can learn more about your self and prevent these negative thoughts from becomming too ingrained - nerves that fire together, wire together - when these things go untreated they can become chronic and very difficult to release later in life. If you are under 17 years of age you will have to ask your parents to get you into see a therapist, another option (if you do not want to ask your parents) would be to speak with a counselor at your school. If you are of legal age there are many therapists to choose from - keep in mind that as you seek out a therapist you are the consumer and you may have to meet with a few before you find someone who you are able to build a positive rapport with. Also, it may be necessary to take an antidepressant if these negative cognitions are too much to bear - in that case, you can begin with your family physician or a psychiatrist. Hope this helps.
Peace

Well, unless you have skitz, which I really don't think you do, it's just conflicting emotions. I just answered a question about Taoism a few minutes ago, and it applies here. There are conflicts continually going on in your head. To be wise would to accept these conflicts and let them compliment each other. The voices occur when you provide opposition.

It's sounds like it's just your conscience.
It's not multiple personality disorder. That's when you literally have multiple personalities. One second you're a teenager, the next second you could be a 40 year old man. (Personality wise.)
Unless you're feeling hallucinating or having scattered thoughts, it could possibly be Schizophrenia.
Check out the link. If you feel that it applies to you, seek help.

you may be describing "inner dialogue", but if the negative voices you are hearing are becoming violent (telling you you should kill yourself, or hurt yourself in some way) then you should seek counseling reagardless.
