Do you think in terms of its culture and mentality, BC stands out from other parts of Canada?

Yes, but then again, every place stands out in culture and mentality.

Quebec stands out as well, as does Newfoundland, etc, etc.

Where I come from, central Pennsylvania, USA, theres a different culture and mindset than the eastern and western parts of the state. And all three are different from any other place on earth.

Every mini-culture is unique in its own ways.
