So I'm planning to head to Vegas in April with family and I'm wondering if any of you have some legit, SAFE travel websites I can cheap tickets for hotels only*? I've been to expedia.com, hotwire.com, orbitz.com, travelocity, and hotels.com but I have a feelings some other website is better. So far we're liking Expedia's prices but any help is great!

These are the best sites to check LV room rates

http://www.vegas.com
http://www.tripres.com

Travel worm & i4vegas almost always have the best rates

This site will allow you to link to every hotel/casino in LV
http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com "VEGAS INFO" >Hotel/Casinos

These hotels will price match the best online rate you can find
http://www.harrahs.com >all of their properties
http://www.stratospherehotel.com >all properties
http://www.orleanscasino.com >all coast hotels

Orleans is a great choice for families, they have very nice rooms, lots to do and great food choices.

Luxor is running a very nice promotion until the end of May, but the best rates are generally around the first of April and the end of May. The do have rates as low as $69 for those days. This is the PC to use online >PGET19<
http://www.luxor.com

I will check rates online, but I only book rooms through the hotel itself. That way I can continue to look for a better deal all the way up until we leave.

We go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time and have for over 20 years.

Yes, there are better. I go to Vegas 2-3 times a year. And this site is the best deal by far.
Make sure to call the number at the top of the page rather than book online. That way you get an instant confirmation on your room or whatever you book through them.
They have great rates, and you can get airfare, car rentals, show tickets and more there. Check it out.

www.sidestep.com Also, if you find a couple hotels of choice go to their specific websites. Generally they offer additional discounts for certain days, show tickets, meals and other perks. You might as well get the most for your money. Also, if you call the hotels and ask for a package deal (like 2-3 nights) you will be surprised how the rates drop. Be sure to look up the 800 numbers on the internet. Enjoy!

I just booked really cheap tickets from Orbitz for Las Vegas in June. I was finding good deals on Ultimate fares also. My tickets for 2 round trip came to a total of 410 from Scranton to LasVegas with one lay over.

Try vegas.com or anything with vegas in it. Priceline and Hotwire have been good to me. Check prices at different dates and times, see how much they change (if you have the time).
