could you give me a detailed summary of this weeks episode of House. to be exact it aired on 3/27/07. i wanted to watch it but my mom suddenly decided to make me go to bed at 9 insead of my usual bedtime of 10 >=( VERY ANGRY!! plz, its my favorite show. if u are still not sure what episode it is, it is the one that showed Dr. house in a war at the beggining.

The soldier/pt. is from House's dream...he cant' seem to figure out why. Cameron and Chase have sex whenever the opportunity presents itself. They think the pt has brain cancer, but when they begin surgery...they don't see the tumors anymore-they disappeared. House can't pee, so he puts a catheter in himself. House has another dream that helps him diagnose the patient....a genetic blood disease, not cancer (tumors were actually an infection).....pt will be fine with treatment. At the end---House walks in on Cameron and Chase in a utility closet..........and he remembers where he met the soldier/pt before. He was at a hospital function and was dancing and making out with Cuddy.

House becomes obsessed with his patient and why he was in House's dream. He tried to find why the patient was in his dream when he doesn't remember ever meeting or seeing him. As usual, the patient's condition worsens, with him being paralyzed and they don't know why. Meanwhile, House is having problems going to the bathroom (#1 if you're interested). It might be because of the painkillers he's taking and he ends up doing what male patients in a hospital have to do who aren't able to pee themselves: pee into a bag that's connected to a tube up their u-know-what.
With no answers coming and House having this peeing problem, he goes home and has a dream. It seems very real, with Cameron & the rest in it, but it's only a dream. House wakes up, though, with his peeing problem solved.
He then goes back to the hospital with some of the answers, surprising the team with info they just found out about.
It turns out there was some info that they didn't know: the patient had frequent nosebleeds as a child and it was a symptom of a genetic disorder. House checks the patient's nose and sees that he had some surgery as a child to stop the nosebleeds. The problem: the patient's veins and arteries are fusing all over his body. All his problems are because of this genetic disorder and some operations will correct the problem by separating his veins from his arteries.
As for House's dream of him being in a war and seeing the face of his patient as one of his buddies, the secret is revealed when Dr. Cuddy tells him that the reason house remembers the guy is because Dr. Cuddy went on a date with the guy (and made out with him) two years before! House saw the guy with Dr. Cuddy and that's why he remembers him. House and Dr. Cuddy have a conversation about why he remembers the guy when he can't remember faces very well and you get the feeling that House tried to date Dr. Cuddy at one point in the past. "That time has passed," Dr. Cuddy tells House, though you can see there's an attraction.

Cuddy assigns House to treat an Iraq vet complaining of Gulf War syndrome who happens to be a nephew of a big hospital donor. House recognizes the patient's face---from a nightmare he had the night before. Meanwhile, House is having trouble going to the bathroom, and Cameron and Chase engage in “uncomplicated sex.”

He was dreaming about a soldier in the Iraq conflict.
He could not sleep because the vicodin had made it so he couldn't pee.
Next thing he knew Cuddy let him out of Clinic ours to work on that soldier, son of a big donater. The soldier was claiming to have gulf war syndrome.
They thought he was crazy but he started to develop the signs of cancer. They treated him for the mouth problems but the problems kept getting worse.
The mouth cancer was discovered by Foreman while Cameron and Chase were having sex in another room. Chase told Foreman they went out for coffee but Foreman asked where was the coffee. Cameron told him they were having sex. Foreman wondered why Chase and not Wilson. Cameron said that he was more likely to do House and Wilson than she was.
Anyway House is still unable to pee and it is making him bitter. he has them looking for things sex and financial related to figure out the cause of the soldier's problems but they can't figure out why and for that matter neithrer can house.
House does some clinic duty and helps a girl out with her gymnastics problem ordering her a cscan while she tortures him with all the water she is drinking. He still can't pee.
The soldier gets worse and is starting to lose his hearing and his mobility.
House hits Wilson up for something for his problem but Wilson is having problems believing House has not peed in four days. He gives House the script. It is not working.
Cameron is apparently getting into having lots of office sex so she is taunting Chase with offers at lunch time.
Eventually Wilson finds out about the background information House is looking for and assumes House is out of it from Sleep deprivation and takes over the case.
Wilson thinks the man has brain cancer but some how the symptons disappear before the surgery. Meanwhile the paralysis continues to spread.
Meanwhile Chase is wondering if all this sex with Cameron is not just her attempt to get caught by House.
House leaves the team on stand by watching the man
House goes home to sleep. takes a lot of pills and inserts his one catheter into his penis to relieve his pladder. He goes to bed and dreams about the case. He thinks he wakes up goes to the hospital and they have made things worse and now Cuddy want to relieve him. His urine bag explodes in his dream and he starts to bleed out his nose as he thinks the soldier is bleeding internally but he is not. House wakes us and finds the catheter has come out and he has pissed his bed but that is a good thing.
He goes to work has exactly the conversation he dramed of with the notable exception of Cuddy being there and all the pee and bleeding. Instead he tells the people that the man has a problem in his nose that runs in his family and it creates all these problems and they need to treat him accordingly.
Wilson is amazed that House actually solved the case in his sleep.
Meanwhile House has figured out where he remembers the patient from. He caught the patient having sex with Cuddy once and House reminded her that he remembered. She talked to House as if they had sex once before. House acted as though that was why he was hire. Cuddy acted as though he was cheap and they would not have sex again. House acted as though they might.
Afterwards, House is peeing in the bathroom and Wilson is glad to see the problem is over but is warning House that it will only happen again so long as he continues to take all that vicodin.
House goes to his office and gets the files his people should be working over or at least throwing them away. Cameron and Chase are about to have sex in the cleaning closet when House walks in and throws the files in the big trash can. Chase comments House never cleans up.
The show ends with ouse snickering as he returns to his office.

the guy in house's war dream is the same guy who comes in thinking he has gulf war syndrome. he says he cant sleep so he is placed in a room where chase and cameron monitor him but then they have sex in the other room. foreman comes in and check on the guy then cameron and chase walk in.

nothing major happened.
that australian guy and the girl got caught making out in a closet..by house of course (looking for a trashcan). lol. and it's official that house has a secret crush on cunny (is that her name?). but its not reallly secret, because she knows. the end.
