So summers coming up and like everyone else I want to have that oh so wanted beach body but like the majority of everyone else I have no idea how to do it. I'm looking for some advice on how to get 6 pack abs, i'm willing to do anything to get them. I'm 6'3, male,165, and work out weekly on my biceps, chest, shoulders, calves and thighs. I've tried to get Abs before but it didn't work out all I got was a crease where abs should be please please please help me out people. :-)

First try with light exercises to make your abs strong like sits up and then you go and to weights. spartan

Wow your tall and skinny! Well why dont you try Tae-bo? I have done it only 3 or 4 times and I can already feel the changes. It really works.

You should watch what you eat, and workout doing sit up, crunches, you also can get the stability ball, which is great or you can order ABA chair deluxe,Go to the web site for (work out for ABA). the have great exercises.

TAE-BO! I luv luv luv tae-bo, it's helped me gain super nice abs and arms. plus lose fat. You can get the 30 minute ab routine online, part of billy boot camp. Also i do my own ab routine every morning and evening. Crunches and sit ups, the works. and yeah it does work.
