Do to the library and get "Wicca: A Guide For The Solitary Practitioner"
This book teaches the most wholesome approach to Wicca I have seen.
It teaches you all kinds of things. such as the esbats, and Sabats. a complete introductory book of shadows you can use until you become competent to write your own. and even energy play.
Make sure to read and reread chapter 11 "Magickal tips and techniques" is the title of the chapter if memory serves.

The lessons at http://cauldronofannwn.com/temple/lessons.html are free--but I'm not sure what you mean about "without courses." The Annwyn's Cauldron lessons are, in my opinion, the best online witchcraft course--and that includes the paid ones. If you can get through these lessons, you will *KNOW* you are a priest and a witch.
If you want a place where you can learn *about* Wicca, you can read http://www.witchvox.com They have articles, news clips, contact info for local groups, and a lot more information about many pagan religions, with more about Wicca than any other one. But they don't "teach Wicca."
If you want to learn to *become* Wiccan, it'll take more than any online course. The best way to do it is to find a group that resonates with you--whether that's a local group, or a group of people online--and talk with them about what Wicca means and how you can be Wiccan.
Don't look for a group that you just automatically agree with what they say--the idea is that you want to *change*, and you won't change if you never encounter anything that makes you think, makes you feel... and some of those thoughts and feelings are uncomfortable.

Wicca is not a degree you can obtain after a given amount of credits approved. It is a way of life, a philosophy, a religion, even a mithology. The important thing is, Wicca is not learned by reading, but by living with the precepts of magic and spirituality (something common to all religions, though in Wicca, the magic part is practiced by everyone, not by a select few "priests"). Anyway, the best way to get in touch and learn about Wicca is to find a coven near you and ask them to share their views on it. If you like it, they might even invite you to join! In any case, Internet is NOT a good way to learn anything about it.

No one can "teach" you the tradition of Wicca, hon. It is mostly a verbal & written tradition w/ as many nuances & differences in it as their are people that follow it! I would suggest picking up some books by respected Pagans (Cunningham & Buckland are two good starters) check your local area for groups, circles, etc, & check out www.witchvox.com for a whole SLEW of connections. Wicca, like all Pagan traditions, is a life-long journey & you're never "done" learning about it. Best of luck & May your Path be Green & Golden!
