You shouldn't try to lose weight too fast. The way to lose weight is to burn up more calories than you take in. The best way to burn up the calories is exercise. Aerobic exercise is necessary to burn the calories. Good aereobic exercises are walking, bike riding, stair steps, eliptical trainer. You need to have a warm up period and then exercise at a rate that raises your heart rate and keeps it there for a good 30 minutes. You also need strength training which builds muscle tissue that burns more calories than other tissue does.

It is also necessary to eat a good healthy low fat and balanced diet and drink a whole lot of water. Water is needed for almost everything your body does.

Bottom line.......excercise and a good low fat and low calorie diet.

watch your diet, but mostly you need a good exercise program that allows you to strengthen and rebuild the abdominal muscles., once there, you can burn fat tissue quickly, several years back I started at 148lbs and with a "buns and abs" exercise regiment,, I lost down to 125lbs. in no time....you must be consistant and not give in to the wanting to lose it fast attitude ,it took time to get , it will take a bit of time to lose it...after an injury a few years back I have been unable to do the exercises....but you must be willing to put in the effort to rework your physical structure...it takes muscle to burn fat...I ate what I wanted to but did my regiment daily.......so I wish you luck and I hope you stick to it......GOOD LUCK.
