We all know what a homerun is, but where does that leave oral?

I think it means different things depending on where you are from!Where I live 1st is kissing,2nd is going up a girls shirt,and third is getting your hands in their pants!But when I lived in Florida when I was young,1st was kissing,2nd was either fingering or umm whacking off and 3rd was oral?!
