I would say 9.9 to10 because I would much rather be me than anyone else out there (they're great, too, but my life is darn good, and so am I!). However, there are things about myself that I very much would like to improve--such as my collosal size. But that doesn't bother me enough to make me dislike myself to any degree, and in fact I find it rather entertaining.
