Americans and the Afghanians have different attitude to work.
Americans ussualy work hard they admire achievement and like to volunteer.

Upon comparison, one can come to the conclusion that both the Americans and the Afghanians have a different attitude toward their work ethic. It is quite apparent that Americans usually put more effort into their career because they tend to admire the feeling of achievement. This may be why most like to volunteer their spare time towards helping others.

3. Next, explain this sentence with two more sentences: "They admire personal achievement, such as...." (and then one more sentence)

4. Give another detail. Something about the attitude of Afghanians towards work.

5. Repeat step 3. Explain the sentence you just wrote in one or two sentences.

6. Write your conclusion sentence. This should restate your topic sentence some way.

In this way the (which ever) moves forward on projects....or something like that.
