Upon comparison, one can come to the conclusion that both the Americans and the Afghanians have a different attitude toward their work ethic. It is quite apparent that Americans usually put more effort into their career because they tend to admire the feeling of achievement. This may be why most like to volunteer their spare time towards helping others.
That long enough? Good luck...

That is short. Try this:
1. Write your topic sentence: "Americans and Afghanians have different attitudes towards work."
2. Now, give a detail: "Americans are known for their strong work ethic"
3. Next, explain this sentence with two more sentences: "They admire personal achievement, such as...." (and then one more sentence)
4. Give another detail. Something about the attitude of Afghanians towards work.
5. Repeat step 3. Explain the sentence you just wrote in one or two sentences.
6. Write your conclusion sentence. This should restate your topic sentence some way.

"Americans and the Afghanians have different attitude to work.
Americans ussualy work hard they admire achievement and like to volunteer."
Try something like this:
"People from different cultures have different attitudes towards many things. Americans and Afghans are perfect examples with regards to their work ethics. The American people generally work harder because they admire achievements and strive to be the best that they can. Many also like to volunteer amongst charities because it helps provide a feeling of comfort knowing that you made a difference in somebodies life".

Americans and Afghanis both have very different attitudes towards work. Americans usually work hard, admire achievement and like to volunteer. (Give some examples here of volunteer work people do, maybe) Afghanis, on the other hand, ...etc...
make sure you run this through spell check and have a parent, sibling, friend (or even someone on Answers proofread it for you) eventually.
Hope this helps
