Me and my friends paid for a weeks stay in Cancun for Spring Break. It was a two bedroom place that was right across from the clubs and everything. We couldn't go due to some personal emergencies and fortunately enough for us, the owner is allowing us to use the rooms any time during the year as long as those dates aren't already rented out.

So, now I have to find some way of getting somebody to rent this place out so we can get that money back, or at least a portion of it. Anybody know of a website I can barter this time at or know of anybody who might want this?

I tried doing eBay but you have to register with some verification site that costs $75 just to list it.

And the website that has all the information is http://www.bestcancuncondos.com.
That should so all the details. Thanks and I appreciate the responses.

You need to list it on a message board or a forum.Another suggestion, list it in your home newspaper or news letter classify section. Grocery store, school bulletin board.

Good luck, I hope you rent it out.
Do you have any details to share maybe someone here would be interested.

Christmas and New Year's weeks are the most sought after weeks (by far) in Cancun. Labor Day is not far behind. If you can get the owner to commit to your having one of those weeks, you can trade or sell that almost anywhere and definitely get your money back

Use it yourself on another date, other then that listing it may not get you a response , with all the scams out there not many people will not buy it from you without verification, let's face it ...E bay is great for many things, as for vacations, you wouldn't see many people trusting it..........Try to negotiate another time to visit. Personally I would never buy anything off a message board etc....their is no protection as a consumer..........Talk to them and see what they can do for YOU instead of worrying about it as it will be hard to sell, unless of course you network and sell it to a friend....

Good luck

Well.....is it still available for spring break?? If so, I might could move it. Otherwise....you could post it on cancunforum.com. There is also redweek.com. I am in Cancun right now. If you would e-mail me with a price I will attempt to help you move it. If the price is right....might take it myself. Which condo complex is it??
