Possibly it is a restricted site. You may required to access the site through some other site which authenticates you and passes you to this site :-)

Firstly, you need to tell us who "all of us" is, and where you are. If you have been blocked (i.e. you're at a school, university or public access point), it's probably for a very good reason. Ask the admins why they have blocked the site.
I get the following message:
"HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too many users are connected
Internet Information Services"
A big clue there I think.

i tried opening the site , actually the server which is holding the site cannot take up too many users at the same time
what we can do is , try opening this site at different time of the day

You need a proxy site that is not blocked yet such as http://www.cantblock.us which is still brand new and not blocked anywhere.
