I wonder how I will vote.... They actually fell apart last season, they were better the year before. I think the pitching is stronger this year and Wainwright has looked great so far. Pujols and Rolen will do all they can. Chris Duncan could be the big boost on offense but the rest of the team needs to step up or we may see baseballs version of Hack-a-Shaq as every team intentionally walks Pujols because no one else is a threat. Other teams should be careful though, AK is a clutch hitter.
I think they'll finish around 90 wins and first place again.

Cardinals will be in first when it counts..yes the Cubs have spent alot of money, but so have the Yankees for years. Houston will probally place second with Cubs in a close third.
Cardinals revamped pitching staff is a blind fold roster beyond Carpenter, but the others will step up after settling in. Cardinals offense will keep them in alot of games, so I would go with Cards all the way personally.

The Cards will be in a tight race in a tight division. Their starting pitching after Carpenter and Reyes is a crap shoot, the cubs yes I said the Cubs will make a run ,along with Cincinnati, and Milwaukee. Houston will finish 5th with Pittsburgh close behind.

It all depends on how Reyes steps up and if Wainright and Looper make the transition from the bullpen. I don't think they will even make the playoffs this year.

They'll battle Houston for third. The Brewers and Cubs are going to be 1-2 in the Central.
