It depends on what problems are caused from it. If you're trying to have sex, don't insert it all the way. If it's just floppin' around and that gets on your nerves, put something cold on it for a few minutes and that will make it shrink temporaraly. If a perminant solution is something you're looking for, consult your doctor. I wish I had this problem.lol
