In the end, what happens to Tom & Becky? Did they end up as a couple, or what? Please explain in detail.

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (published 1876) is a very well-known and popular story concerning American youth. can't remember but I did read it a long time ago. Think it was Becky Thatcher, wasn't it? Didn't Tom get a kiss from her?
