i'm a twin so the whole the telepathy thing i get. but sometimes like i know what song is gonna be on the radio, sometimes i know what's gonna happen, or even what somebody's gonna say. what is weird is when i think of something then a day later, it's right there in front of me. dey jau vew (did i spell that right?) happens to me all the time too. what do you all think of this?? sometimes i think it's all tied into synchronicity though.

That is fascinating! I'm a twin also. But to your question. While some people scoff, (& this doesn't bother me), there has been proven the ability to have PRECOGNITION. Those who don't believe in it, have never experienced it, will likely say things like--it was a coincidence, you associated a happening with a pre-thought, or whatever. Not true. Or, at least, not "necessarily" true. Also, contrary to "logic," precognition can prevent potential disasters. As for deja vu, (it doesn't matter how you spelled it, we know what you mean!)--this refers to something quite different. It is a feeling of having an experience you've had BEFORE. If you have both precognition & deja vu, I suspect you have special senses, & while I could never say absolutely that we ALL DO, & just haven't tapped them, I sort of suspect that may be true! I have literally saved lives with precognition, but it's not something I can turn on & off like a faucet. Deja vu is far more of a mystery, but exciting to explore. Let's see, what % of our little grey cells do we really use? Hmmm.

well when i was a child other kids predicted to a t what my life would be like as did one teacher . i figure now although this sucks i am at least living up to my potential.
so the answer is yes people can predict the future but only based on logic and on signs such as lowering oil supplies or the Caspian sea being mostly dry so lack of water.
as far as a the more far out ways a person might predict the future i also think that is possible . i know i bought a house that once i had moved into i remember great details of the house from dreams i had before i had even seen that house.
odd things like the condition of the floors .
i think well i am sure if we slow down and listen to life we can be more like the animals that know to run when a tidal wave is coming or an earthquake things like that but we just don't slow down . the TV the radio the computer a book something is always there except nature and life in its true form.

Yes, that kind of thing has happened to me for years. Even as a child, I dreamed things that happened within a few days, knew when the phone would ring and who it would be..
I think of it as one of two things 1) The supernatural is real.
2) The brain has evolved to the point where is subconsciously notices events, analyzes, comes up with a pattern or probablilty and then relays it to the conscious mind when we aren't too busy thinking and blocking it.
Haven't decided what I believe, but I know that accurate predictions are very real.

Not everyone does, When i was a teenager I used to get an overwhelming feeling if something bad was going to happen, like I just knew something bad was coming, it was just a feeling I got from myself not from anything external. And I was usually right, something bad would happen. It was like I was very intune with my intuition, I think i must have grown out of it because it doesnt happen anymore, I wish it did though. So I know what you mean.

If you have that kind of premonition, it is a special gift.
You should write down everything that comes to your mind
or might happen with time and dates and compare about your success rate. If you are right about 50 - 60 percent,
you can consider a gifted person in that particular area.

It's not predicting the future, what more likely is your association with one thing vs the other in retrospect to common attributes affiliated with each precarious sign.
You mind will analyze the situation and if something should occur that resembles what you thought in the past you are more apt to pick it up.
Kind of like when your in love and you see that persons name everywhere, or something that reminds you of them.

i think the ability is in everyone, but the more open-minded you are, the more spiritual (not necessarily religious) you are, and the more in tune with yourself that you are the stronger and more accurate your abilities will be. i also think that, like other talents, people will be more gifted in certain areas than others.
