ive taken 2 honors classes and 4 ap classes. will this be a major factor in the acceptance process.

It will depend on the college and what they require. Most look at more than a gpa. They also want you to have taken specific courses in English, Math, Science, Foreign Language, Social Studies, Visual and Performing Arts, etc.

You should look at your preferred college website and find out specifically what they require, and what the average gpa was for acceptance this year.

Maybe. The absolute easiest way to get into a state college is through the community college system. I didn't even take the SAT and ACT tests and still got into a State University this way. It's also a cheaper way to do it because community college credits will transfer and it's about 1/3 the price or less to go through the community college.
