all day yeaterday i was nausous and when i came home from work it got worst with aches and pain all over. con someone tell me what is causing this

It doesn't sound like you're pregnant, it sounds like you have the stomach flu. Pregnancy does not usually come with full body aches that early on. Did you have unprotected sex around the time of your ovulation (2 weeks after the first day of your period)? There are tests now that will detect pregnancy up to 4 days before your expected period and if you continue to feel very ill, you might consider buying one, but I would wait it out for a few days to see if it passes like a virus.

well it could be flue, stomach flue, and a million other things including pregnancy.
Symptoms are toooo general. Go to the doctor
or take pregnancy test.

you might have eaten someone that wasn't good. but if you didn't eat something then that maybe it too.
