ok first you have the sniper rifle out as the first weapon, and the sword as your second weapon. while pointing the rifle at an enemy make sure the targeting circle is red. Quickly switch to your sword then fire and your guy will jump the distance to strike at the enemy. Unfortunately if you are trying to do this on xbox live it wont work. They fixed the exploit. It will only work on split screen or system link, unless you downloaded the patch.
