When it's 2:00 pm in Athens, Greece, it is 7:00 am in Washington. Unless its DST (daylight savings time). So if you travel at 731 mph, you'll arrive in Washington at the same time you left Athens. What jet lag!!

Hop on a plane and fly there. That's all it takes. You've answered your own question. Travel 7 time zones west and the local time is 7 hours earlier in the day than it is in Athens at the time when you land.

How isn't it possible?

Washington, D.C. is seven time zones before Athens, so you of course are going to land in D.C. seven time zones earlier!
