Apply honey. Regular application of vaseline is better. Now and then apply butter or cream to lips. Do not use lipsticks or any such cosmetics of varieties which made your lips black and marks around the lips.

you can reduce it by applying Curd. You could also apply malai.
can slice Beetroot & apply.It will give lusture to your lips.
