No. There are many reasons. It's too cold, not enough oxygen in the atmosphere, the pressure of the gravity would crush a normal human being, and the planet is not solid (it's made up of gases, so you would go right through theoretically).

Hi. Not without a lot of equipment to sustain her. Heat, water, food, oxygen, etc. (This assumes there are no predators, of course.)
