it is time to retire the Indian cricket super stars .
even though not all players are to be retired ,people who are lazy and find working for advertisements as a better job , should definitely quit cricket and try modeling instead.

No, it is not the time to quit all the indian batsmen bcoz we know that Westindies` downfall after 1983 worldcup as many of all the westindies players were retired in the same time. so if dravid, sachin, ganguly all retire at the same time, there is a long gossip for the team management to prepare such dyanamic players. India also will face many problems due to the lack of those eminent players.

Among 1100 million population , there should be dozens of Sachins,Ganguly s and Dravids and a lot more Sehwags Dhoni s..
We fail to recognise talent.
Selection of cricketers must be objective ,apolitical and transparent.
Anyone should play cricket only for a maximum of a decade giving way to newer talent.

Yes, it is overdue long back.We have suffered enough since last few years due to such players.We have given enough opportunities to improve, and shown enough courage.
Its a height of shamelessness on the part of senior cricketers, so it is a right time to say a good bye now.

If we can put in really good replacemnts for the likes of old pros, we should drop the non performing players, what ever his reputation may be. And get the new young performing lads into the team.
