Why does the bacterium contain more amino acids than the proteins in eukaryotes?

There are some amino acids that bacteria use that eukaryotes don't use. Ther are amino acids that are present in human DNA that humans cannot synthesize. We must get them from our diet. These are called essential amino acids.
